At Bait Al Oud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery will be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used attars/fragrances.

  • Items purchased on sale or part of a promotional offer.

  • Products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed.

Note:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
