• We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payment

• We accept online payments through secure payment gateways.

• Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan.

• Standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders below PKR 1999.

• Orders above PKR 1999 qualify for free delivery.

5. Return & Exchange

• We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

• Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Bait Al Oud and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bait Al Oud shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
